The best thing about Dubai is that there’s plenty of new things to see and do. Last week, Marjanne and I had food tasting at Mitts and Trays who owned by one of the home grown entrepreneur – Patron Chef Amna who always had a passion and desire for the culinary arts.
Of course, trying out their sumptuous dishes prepared in a fresh ingredients.
M & T Rib Eye Steak
Wagyu ribeye steak, grilled to perfection, served with grilled cherry tomato and parmesan fries and veal jus.
Paella De Valencia
Omani Lobster, Tiger Prawns, and Vongole clams, all cooked with saffron – infused Spanish rice.
Lava grilled Wagyu lollipops on a bed of potato puree.
Honey Glazed Salmon Salad
Served on raw spinach and quinoa, drizzled with tangy sweet orange dressing.
Mushroom & Brie stuffed chicken on olive crushed mash, sage and cepes jus.
And for dessert, we have…
M & T Tres Leches Cake
Served with pistachio milk to pour.
